Uploaded EOB documents are stored privately. Access is restricted to authorized users in the relevant household, and short-lived secure links are used when opening original documents.

Appeally does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.
